Safety in the workplace is important to all parties in the organization and reflects the processes and behaviors of the individuals in that organization. Changing the behavior of everyone in the organization is difficult, but we can use psychological principles to encourage, create, and promote a safety culture to reduce accidents or injuries from work and create safety in the organization by creating safety behavior, Behavior-based safety (BBS).
